Almost perfect.

The Annex at Truffles in West Wittering is a cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The flat-screen TV and seating area were perfect for hanging out. The fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and an oven made cooking meals a breeze. I just loved the homely vibes of this place!

The only thing I personally didn't fancy much was the electric kettle. But hey, that's just my personal taste.

We had a fantastic stay at Annex, Truffles. the family was incredibly kind and understanding, and they made our whole group feel welcome. the kids especially loved the fun and polite messages that were put up around the property. the hosts also gave us great advice on places to visit in the surrounding areas, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the shared garden and field were perfect for exercising our dog, and the pool and hot tub were a lovely added bonus. the accommodation was comfortable, conveniently located, and the hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Cons: All good! 😊.

Our stay at The Annex, Truffles in West Wittering was unforgettable. The owner, Tim, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness during our stay. The pool, although shared with the family, was always accessible when we wanted to take a refreshing dip. The beautiful surrounding fields provided the perfect setting for peaceful walks. The nearby beaches were a treat, with both pebbly shores and sandy expanses for exploration. We loved the dog-friendly and child-friendly atmosphere of the area, and the local pub was a real gem. The accommodation had all the basic necessities we needed, and Tim promptly attended to any queries or issues.

While the small size of The Annex was not a major issue for us, it did get quite warm with four adults, so a fan would have been helpful. In terms of cleanliness, there were some bugs on the window sills and ceilings that could have been addressed.

We got great value for our money at Annex, Truffles. The room was cozy and well-equipped, and the location surrounded by peaceful fields made for a perfect getaway. The staff, especially Tim and Tilly, were incredibly accommodating and provided helpful advice for exploring the area.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider selection of dishes.

Upon arrival, Tim, the host, was extremely attentive and responsive to any queries or issues we had. the shared pool, although not private, was easily accessible and didn't cause any inconvenience for us. the surrounding peaceful fields were perfect for relaxing walks, and the nearby dog-friendly pub was a bonus. the family at the hotel were kind and thoughtful, providing helpful advice about the area and even making the kids laugh with fun messages and sunglasses.

While the accommodations were comfortable and convenient in terms of location, there were a few minor drawbacks. It would have been useful to have a clothes airer for drying wet towels, as well as an extension plug and hairdryer in the double bedroom.
